Orders are typically dispatched from our Surat atelier within 1 to 2 business days (24–48 hours). Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST Monday through Saturday enter quality inspection on the same day.

As soon as our logistics partner scans your parcel, you will receive an automatic WhatsApp message and SMS containing the Airway Bill (AWB) number. You can track your shipment anytime on our dedicated Track Your Order page.
